Recommend this one for chicken, potatoes, fish, and dressings. It has a mild but pleasant herby flavour with a hint of lemon. I’d love more of the lemon to come through, but you could always add extra dried & ground lemon rind yourself. Great to find low-fodmap seasoning mix, as they’re hard to come by.

A little bland for me

This is a good compromise for no onion or garlic, both of which I really love. But it is still a little bland for me. I might try adding paprika with it next time or some other spicy seasoning.

I use this seasoning mix in so many things. Great addition to potatoes, fish, pork chops, chicken, tuna salad, turkey burgers and more. Staple seasoning for a low fodmap diet.
